  : We have been coming here for 3 years, but this year the staff has changed. Especially the Taiwanese receptionist woman at the reception was extremely rude!! Only the children who took us to the sea by shuttle were friendly. We couldn't get along because the house keeping staff did not speak English, and they did not do their job well at all!! Our room was dirty. .we had to tell the reception every day!!Also, Netflix did not work because our TV in our room was old!! The attendant could not do it!! The lobby is incredibly cold!! We warned many times that we had a patient, but stubbornly no arrangements were made, we were really cold as if we were in a glacier hotel in Siberia. I even witnessed some customers watching the match with blankets in the lobby! !I caught the flu at the hotel!!I was so cold!!I can say that it was the first time in my life that I encountered such a barbaric hotel!!
  : We didn't like anything this year!! They hired a lot of staff who are rude and dislike their job.. They restricted the usage areas of the hotel!! They even lock the terrace, there is no room to breathe!! Also, the same breakfast was served every day.. It was awful!! The receptionists only talk by giving orders.. I observed the same behavior towards everyone, not us!! The hotel was so dirty and dirty that we were disgusted!! It is definitely not a hotel to stay in considering its price!! In short, I can say that we were disgraced with our money... Absolutely zero customer satisfaction!!! It was like we stayed in prison for 10 days. .we felt exactly like this... I wrote this article because I was so angry, because I think everyone should know!! such rude behavior should not go unpunished!! everyone should read it so that they cannot treat their customers like this again!! Please fire the old Taiwanese receptionist woman at the front desk!!she is stealing customers from the hotel!!and treated us like guards!!!

  : The pool is very small for a big hotel and I don’t think is fair for them to charge you for parking is the least you can offer when you pay for a room.

  : The complimentary breakfast was very good every day. The valet workers were excellent professional and courteous always asked how our day or night was. All in all it was a very nice stay at the Hotel. We will be back again.

  : - Breakfast was not that great! Near to ntg for vegetarian except oat meal, cereal, yogurt & fruits. Too much crowded & less seating area- I was not offered Bonvoy benefits, because, I booked from third-party website- Not enough Laundry machines on site. guests should have unrestricted access for use as per convenience (I am not asking for free). They open at 8am & close by 10pm- Add more kids channels on TV for watching- Hotel is in good location, if you market well add few activities on beach or for areas around you. That would help increase in your customers booking rates
