  : Absolutely nothing had it not already been so late at night I would have left and not stayed there
  : Everything!!! I parked my car and got out with my young children we walked to our room to find people on the 2nd floor smoking weed out in the public. Once I opened the door to our room the smell was no better it smelled like cigarettes I was told it was a non smoking room and there was a sign on the TV stand that said no smoking but that was clearly a lie, I called up to the front desk to let them know and all Amy said was I’ll make a note of it for first shift. Not an apology we’ll switch rooms, had it not been so late at night I would have left but unfortunately my kids were tired and ready for bed so I just had to remind myself it’s just to sleep for a few hours. As I go to grab the remote I find a sheet of paper on the tv stand about office of medical marijuana use, I didn’t know as a hotel you were placing that in rooms for guest to read but once again the room is suppose to be nonsmoking. Not to mention the refrigerator in the room makes this loud rattling noise nonstop. Making matters worse there’s no way this room was cleaned thoroughly to your safety and sanitation measures listed on the website. The sink had black hairs in it and on the counter. This is not guest satisfaction standards which were listed on their website. When I rented this room, I expected I would be paying for a clean smoke free room that is safe I did not receive that by any definition. Also the room said pool views all I had was a wall in front of my window I could see a small portion of the pool from the door but that was it I would said pool views at all!

  : Needs a really good cleaning! New chairs by the pool. There was blood on the mattress pad. Never washed when stained. I actually had to clean to stay there

  : Free breakfast is a good thing and real breakfast items are even better! Great maid service, very clean rooms and towels and bedsheets were a comfort. The pool was cleaned and serviced everyday and it showed! Pool area and garden area very nice and taken care of.
  : The place is older and some amenities do not work but I noticed that was a lot of updates going on, so if it is renovated that is an A+++
