  : Nothing, we had a very bad experience
  : There we many people in the open area of the hotel being very loud into the night. Called the front desk at midnight asking them to tell the people to quiet down. It didnt help. Called front desk at 1am and asked them again. Nothing happened.

  : My room didn’t have a window to the exterior… only to an interior lobby space with no windows. Very very strange. Was not warned before checking in. No sunlight in the room.

  : No mention of handicap accessible parking near room. Stale breakfast and no replenishing of coffee so we had to go without. Smelled like cigarettes and weed. Bed was very uncomfortable.

  : The gym was dirty, needs to be clean. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty. Also the room was not vacuum good, found pills scatter on the floor. The second day breakfast service was poor. There was no fresh coffee and utensils was not filled

  : The room was dirty when we arrived there were glass rings on all the tables and desk. No maid service till day three garbage was over flowing, no clean towels went down and asked for toilet paper and they said they were out and handed us a box of tissues. Worst stay ever in Clemson and to be charged nearly $500 a night ($479) for the crappy service and stay was a huge disappointment. Even the breakfast had no knives or butter no one restocked it was disgusting we ate breakfast out everyday.

  : We booked this hotel for Clemson graduation. It was the closest and since we were coming from out of state, we wanted to be as close as possible.
  : The attitude we were given when we discussed the issues we were having was unacceptable. The hotel increased the price due to the graduation, which we expected, but the service was terrible. We stayed 3 nights and NOT once did they come to clean our room or change the linens. We had to ask for towels. We were out of our room most of the day so there was no excuse for not making up the room. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they simply said they were short staffed. I'm pretty sure Clemson graduation occurs regularly, so they would have anticipated a booked hotel. One day I can understand not taking care of the room, but all three.
