  : They didn’t really have a breakfast they had a pancake machine, oatmeal, and cups a few muffins disappointing was there was no eggs no form of meat. Pancakes from the machine are good.

  : There was a musty smell in the lobby and in the room. The rooms were not cleaned. There was hair shavings on the bathroom sink. The bath tub was dirty. The towels and rags were dirty and discoloured. The sheet was extremely old with black marks. The lamp and bulbs were visibly dusty. I woke up with a gravelly feeling in my throat because the AC messed with my sinuses. All in all, the room was uninhabitable. We would not even have stayed the night if we did not get in at midnight. We checked out first thing the next morning despite being booked for 4 nights. Despite the terrible facilities and our warranted complaints, we did not even receive an apology from the manager on duty and they charged us for 2 nights (though we spent 8 hours and checked out before check out time the next day). I am still awaiting my refund for the last 2 of the 4 nights.

  : I stayed here out of necessity due to impending bad weather heading back to Texas from NY-NJ. As I entered the lobby, I noticed an unclean smell in the lobby. I ignored it because of the need for shelter. I went up to my room, and I noticed some shady characters outside of some of the other rooms. They appeared to be permanent residents rather than travelers. Again, I ignored it because of the impending bad weather and the time it was, and it was getting dark. I went into my room, and again, it didn't smell clean, I decided to deal until early morning when I'd be able to see the roads as there was a a threat of flooding via my route home. I noticed some things in the room needed fixing, I decided to lay on the bed with my clothes on as I didn't feel comfortable changing . I was exhausted, I fell asleep and woke up 3 hrs later to use the restroom. I put the light on and was greeted by numerous roaches in all stages of growth running for cover. I was in total shock. I ran to get my phone. My first picture is the tiny ones I was able to capture. I immediately took my belongings and went downstairs, and notified the desk clerk. He offered me another room. I mentioned to him that it wasn't 1 roach I saw. There were numerous. I mentioned to him that if there were that many in my room, clearly there'd be roaches in any other room as it appears they had a roach infestation. He then offered me another room again, I said no, I'd rather get a refund. I wouldn't be able to sleep. I told him he could charge me for the 3 hours I had stayed only, but I wanted a refund for the remainder. He then stated that he'd ask his manager to give me a refund, and that manager was not present at that time. I then proceeded to leave. I decided to take my chances and stop at the rest area in Alabama instead. The next morning, I contacted booking.com in regards to the refund the clerk had agreed to and to let them know why I left. Booking.

  : This was my second time staying here and I am pretty sure it was even the same room. Very nice location off the main road. Very quiet. Room was clean, the bed comfortable. Ice machine was right around the corner.
  : The TV channels were difficult to navigate. You had to go to one channel to get the guide for 10-20 channels, then another channel to get the guide to the next group of channels, and so on. I admit I'm not TV savvy these days as I don't watch much TV, but seemed very odd to me that it was so complicated. Not much selection at breakfast. They had pancakes but I'm not a fan. Considering I was there within about 15 minutes of breakfast being set out there would have been more there. Only 2 bagels, maybe half dozen muffins, some packages of oatmeal. Also, the cups are very small Styrofoam and you are finished in 2-3 drinks. The other days inn I've stayed at have cups at least twice that size.

  : First of all it’s supposed to be smoke free rooms and the minute i open my door the smell of cigarette slapped me on the face. The bed sheets had long hair all over the place and were stained, the room was not very clean as well
