  : we asked for a nonsmoking room but instead the room smelled like they had a pot party on the room. their was no handicapped room- I had a wheel chair and it was too small I had to leave chair in the bathroom.

  : We accidentally left behind our suit and dresses in a long grey garment bag. When we called back, the man, who coulld barely speak English, said they couldn't find it but would check with the "housekeeper" and let us know back, which he never did. We really felt bad that he did not follow through with what he said.

  : Manager gave us a room with cigarette burned sheets, used towels, and dirty restroom. Asked for a new room, gave us a room with dirty sheets, dirty towels, and with no A/C. We just left and he didn’t come out to the front office to talk to him.

  : The room was close to the entrance..The car could be seen from the Windows..The water pressure on shower was great. The beds are confortable the pillows not as much. The air conditoning was cool and not too noisy. The wi-fi signal is strong. The key card working well just tapping it. Easy to find off the main boulevard of the town.
  : There is no telephone in the room..Wake up call is a knock on your door..The televisión uses two remotes and very annoying pop up message appears on the televisión screen as You are watching a show. There were flies in the room AND everywhere . I should had brought a flie swatter..I killed them with one of the towels. The mirror of bathroom was dirty. The coffee was pretty much warm water with a hint of coffee..When I told The attendant he told me to go to My room AND brew My own coffee.The flies all over the breakfast lounge landing on serving tongs and spoons took away My apetite..I don't eat or drink anything. A local friend brougt me a better coffee from elsewhere and I ate elsewhere. On the flies issues I was told it is because there is cattle industries and farm.. summer is always to expect flies in the whole area.
