  : The staff was friendly. They had a wine and cheese happy hour. It was a decent price. It had a garden Tuscan like charm. Main bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Air condition blew cold. It was clean.
  : The pictures were better than the actual hotel in person. In my opinion it was more like an upscale motel. Our room smelled like strong Fabuloso when entering and was clean but I hate the smell of that stuff because it reminds me of gas station restrooms. (My opinion again). The bathtub was old and it didn’t drain while showering and the metal shelf in the bathtub that held the towels was extremely rusted and needed replacing. My kids slept on the pull out sofa bed which had an old mattress that also needed replacing. It had popcorn, dirt and a pencil in it when pulled out. We made the best of it, cleaned it off and added the linens but my kids became itchy and my daughter was bit by something at night. It was an uncomfortable nights rest.

  : The overall design of the court yard and how the rings had different names. The shower pressure was marvellous.
  : I didn’t like that I couldn’t control my own thermostat. My kids woke up sweating bc the room was hot and the property controls the temperature

  : Welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have wine and charcuterie food around happy hour.
  : It was dirty. The room smelled like an underlying mold that had been covered up with a lot of air freshener to mask the smell. The walls were dirty, the carpet felt gross walking barefoot, and it needed a good deep clean everywhere. The pullout couch was so comfortable I would not recommend anyone sleeping on it.

  : Location and value were great. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
  : You can tell the property is getting old and could use some renovation. Guidebooks in room need to be updated - a lot of outdated info. The white comforter on the bed had quite a few stains on it and definitely needed to be cleaned

  : The shower had amazing water pressure and the AC was nice and cold. Location was very convenient to A&M and places to eat. Overall, it was e really good value for the price.
  : The vent in the bathroom didn't work and the light for the shower was out.

  : The pictures of the rooms are very old and do not depict what the rooms look like now. They had to move us 2 times. Once because the sofa bed was broken and the 1nd time th futon was broken and we just checked out and left.
