  : I booked this hotel as we had a great experience with the Best Western in Hudson; however the room layout was not the same even though the pictures looked the same. It was more crowded. There was also a foul smell in the middle of the night.

  : First visit was great, second visit, someone messed up our booking and they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms left so they told us we needed to leave and contact the third party vender for a refund. In order to get a refund we must have the hotel waive a cancellation fee. Jes, the GM, didn’t give me the time of day and flat out didn’t care what the situation was and said he would not waive the fees. When I told him I had to find another hotel room late at night after 10 hours on the road with 5 kids, 2 dogs and myself, because of their error and wanted my money back, he said absolutely not. When I said $200 is a big deal with this many kids to buy food, clothe and buy school supplies for, his response was that the hotel needed the money. As if to say the hotel was more important than my family. They are being absolutely unreasonable about refunding me and I am still fighting it. I showed up for my booking and I had a very hard time at 11pm to find another hotel that wasn’t fully booked. This was frustrating. This hotel had no reason to charge me for a room that I showed up for, but they failed to book it properly and wouldn’t let me stay. I even confirmed with the third party that I booked a pet friendly room and I did. So the hotel screwed up. They owe me my refund. After this experience, I will never go to this hotel again and will highly discourage everyone I know to avoid this hotel.
  : Jes, the general manager was an absolute tool and needs major training on customer service or needs to be fired for how he treats people. He doesn’t care about the guests. He only cares about himself. Very rude!
