  : As soon as we got there the staff had a bad attitude. They were rude and very short with us. We knew of the rules stated at the door about smoking. At no time did we smoke inside our room. We stayed there for 4 days because it was convenient to were I worked but on the 5 day the maid came to out door pounding and yelling that we were smoking in our room she didn't give us a chance to say anyone as she ran down the hall way to get the manager who acted like she was the queen of the castle. She stormed in our room stating loudly that our room smelled of smoke.opening drawers and moving around our room. Not letting me speak at all saying she was going to call the cops. At no time have we smoked in this room they have camera showing us going outside to smoke. She told us we have 1 hours to get off her property or she was calling the cops and she would have us trespassed. I told her toe didn't do that at all. please call them this is unfair. She did not call them ate at all.we we're at the end of the hall and there were at least 10 room from the office to our room but yet she blamed us. I paid for another 2 day there plus she had my 100 deposit. SHE KEEP ALL OF MY MONEY 2 DAYS $ 147.00 AND MY DEPOSIT!AND Sid get out there's nothing you can do! It's crazy how she could kick us out and keep all my money!DONT STAY HERE I BELIEVED SHE PUT MY MONEY IN HER PICKET! THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO. THAT PUT US IN BAD PLACE BUT WE WILL GET THRU IT! I JUST WANT OTHERS NOT TO STAY HERE THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE WHO BULLY PEOPLE AROUND AND KEEP THERE MONEY! DONT STAY HERE! GO SOME WERE ELES!

  : Do not wash you clothes in the guest washer unattended. My clothes were jacked by crack head and never returned. Some serious crack heads at this hotel. So watch you back, keep you doors locked and mind your own business. I will never stay here again.

  : This place was SOOO INCREDIBLY HORRID that I actually forgot to take pix. Also if I took pix of everything wrong, dirty, nasty, unbelievable(in a bad way) & shocking I would require a new SD card. Yes, that bad people! First off, the only thing that I did like was the nice patches of green grass and they actually had dog poop bags and like two or three stations of em. Now onto the long list of horrible things that this motel has that makes it rate slightly above, just slightly though, a suitable place to sleep given a choice b/t there or a dirty bed bug ridden mattress. (Btw I actually checked the mattress when I first entered but it was still wrapped in plastic so that was actually a plus)
  : No need for flowery kind words people. 1) Should have known what kind of place I was at when there's no comforters because of theft and the blanket on my bed had MULTIPLE burn holes.Let's go to the nastiness. 1) Breakfast- consisted of a waffle, two brands of cereal or toast/bagel and coffee. Everywhere were signs that you CANNOT take breakfast to ur room or will be charged incredibly high fees. 2) They actually had a rate chart with prices like $15 for a hand towel, $10 for a paper thin wash cloth, prices go upwards to $25,$50,$75 and up since I take it that 90% of the guests at that location lived there this maybe why.Maybe one or two dogs on a leash not including my neighbor next door who consistently kept his pit bull off leash. Nothing against pit bulls(I like em) but I have a service dog and always keep her on leash so this made me very nervous. Back to the room charges, I'm waiting for management to call me in regards to them charging me $25 for one hand towel- that I did get a little extra dirty but they write it into the small word contract u sign to get the room saying that they basically can charge for anything. I'm fighting the $10 see thru wash cloth they're charging me since I found that behind the TV dresser against the wall and I even took their mangled sorry lil broom and cleaned the room before so I guess they WANTED to find ANYTHING to charge me with since it was Labor Day w/e and I obviously checked in too cheery and pleased to be there. This is NOT in a good part of town so if u have lil ones or just feel insecure go another five miles up ACADEMY BLVD and u will find sooo much more suitable. I won't go into the many many safety hazards observed but I'm sure the Fire Marshal would shut that rat trap down in a Colorado minute with the wiring. Last thing, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WIFI THERE!!

  : No ice, phone didnt work, light bulb burned out, toilet flapper stuck, bed made with top sheet on top of blanket, what was that about? not a good stay.
