  : I thought the bathroom design was bad. Too open.

  : The communal atmosphere and the layout of the common areas was nice and well used. Possibly because the rooms are very small.
  : The person at the front desk was not at all interested in how my stay was. The rooms offer little to no privacy from the other occupants of the room and the mattress so hard i found it diffult to sleep and woke with a lot of back discomfort

  : The look of the room and the hotel
  : Key card system was down so we had to be let into our room every time we wanted to go in. One staff member was rude about this when we said it was ridiculous that we had to wait for someone to take us up to our room. They told us it would be fixed by the next morning but it wasn’t. We barely used the room because we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking to be let into our room. We eventually got a key late our last night but I still wasn’t pleased with my overall experience. If I had it to do again I definitely would have booked at another hotel.

  : snow removal was nonexistence trying to get in your car with 8 inches of snow everywhere was not fun
  : shoveled the back sidewalk ans salted it would of been nice
