  : The friendliness of the staff. They were great and exceeded expectations.
  : Got to our room, it Smelled like marijuana so we opened the windows to try and knock it out. That didnt help. We had 3 kids with us so we werent comfortable keeping them in there so we went to the front desk to inform them. They had no issues and moved us immediately. 2nd room didnt have enough sleep space for all of us and once again they were exceptional with moving us. Final room was good. We were out for the evening and got back to the room that night a little after 10. Once we were in the room, we hadnt had enough time to set our things down and the phone was ringing with a noise complaint. While we heard people around us all night, we didnt complain. Nothing out of the ordinary when staying at a hotel. Decided to go ahead and check out the next day. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but didnt think our 2 year old would sit on the bed for another 24 hours without making a peep. The following morning we got up. Our feet hadnt hit the floor but to go to the bathroom to shower. At a little after 10 AM, we received another call to confirm we were checking out early and to receive another noise complaint on our 2 year old that hadnt even gotten a start to her day. We quickly packed our things and left. I want to add that the manager on duty was more than apologetic and understanding. So if you have small children who arent able to sit on the couch or bed, dont stay here. I feel the walls and ceiling are just too thin. All noise carries way too easily considering we heard every step of the large person above us; the intoxicated people yelling at their child at 2 in the morning; and the folks across from us having a good time talkin about Fortnite.

  : First floor room was perfect. Nice size, clean, good location
  : Too noisey, there was allot of noise above us, woke up several times. The Swimming area was way to hot to enjoy sitting watching your kid swim, and chlorine was over whelming. Even though you dont give extra towels and clean room daily you should be able to dump garbage daily. I dont think putting garbage in hall is very attractive or clean either so that wasnt an option.

  : Would have liked some sort of breakfast . Hall way on second floor could use a good carpet cleaning. Smelled like stinky feet. Other wise everything was fine.

  : Booked at this hotel for pool. It was gorgeous. And listed as open. It was closed several days before to failed inspection. Wifi did not have ANY signal. So no wifi. False advertising. I have picture of states closing of pool. Wifi did not even work when in business room or connected direct. Need pool for serious back condition and several surgeries. Cant trust listings on booking.com
