  : Our sink flooded and our toilet had blood stains and when we called to complain we just got attitude from the attendant
  : The staff was not willing to help and they weren’t willing to give any type of refund when we literally had BLOOD on our toilet and woke up to a panic because our sink just randomly started flooding

  : The staff was super friendly. We always had towels. Perfect location plenty of parking.
  : No one ever answered the phone at the desk and we asked for our room to be cleaned but it never was. The pullout sofa mattress was disgusting.

  : There was an incident at the hotel. Someone was knocking on my door in early part of the morning. I tried calling the Front desk and no one answered the phone. My called for almost 30 minutes and no answer. I was woken out my sleep and it took a several minutes for that person to eventually leave. Also this is my second time at this hotel and both times the windows weren’t clean. Why pay for a city view and your windows are dirty

  : The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness is a huge factor for me when staying out of town and our room was spotless.
  : The parking situation needs vast improvement. There was no direct information on where to park, that we needed to go into the garage first and then come inside, the garage was on the opposite side of the front entrance so it was not visible to anyone pulling up to check in. The curbside parking was also a pain due to the fact that they had one working elevator and you had to go up to the 2nd floor to check in.

  : 1. Tried to check in around 3 pm but room wasn’t ready. Weren’t allowed to check our bags. 2 When we arrived to check in (approx 11:30 pm) the guy at the reception desk was very unprofessional. Wearing a flannel and leggings, dirty dyed green hair and multiple hickeys on his neck. Very short and disengaged. When I was asking for clarification on what the credit card reader was prompting, his reply was “ I have no idea! I don’t use credit card readers. I don’t get to stay at hotels. Then our keys weren’t programmed correctly so we had to come back downstairs to have them fixed. He never apologized but instead said I probably had them next to my cell phone. 3. In the room, the sink faucet was very loose. The door knob in the bathroom was stuck. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. 4. When we went to make coffee in our room, the coffee make was missing the tract hold the pod. I called the front desk and asked if someone could bring a tray up. Receptionist (female) said she’d see if someone could but no one ever did. 5. Upon getting ready to leave, we asked where we could get coffee. We were told where a coffee station was located by the restaurant. We went there but no coffee. I had to walk into the kitchen, where I could several employees hanging out. I asked for coffee. They brought some out not long after.

  : Missy, Arena & Georgina at the front desk were so welcoming! Smiling, professional, thoughtful! Definitely those 3 are an asset to this hotel chain! They could teach classes in hospitality they know their jobs and assignments & execute them flawlessly! Great short stay, didn’t take long to be impressed!

  : This is a great location. There's lots to do within walking distance! Our room was spacious and comfortable. And you can't beat a free warm chocolate chip cookie at check in!
  : The furniture was a bit scuffed (chairs, table, dresser)
