Disappointing

  : Easy to get to. Had stayed there before and liked it
  : Safety of the parking lot. Cars parking taking up multiple spaces. Rugs were dirty in the hallway and room. Cut my foot on something when walking in room without socks. Room was musty triggering my wife's allergies.

  : Breakfast was nice, location was good as well.
  : Tv was small to accommodate all 6 guests, beds were uncomfortable, no blanket for the pull out bed, no pillows for the pull out bed, and there was no shower gel when we went to take a shower. No towels in the pool area what so ever so I had to go get some from the front desk.

  : Had to ask for towels for the pool almost every single day of my visit. Last day the breakfast was not cooked properly as frozen eggs put into breakfast sandwiches, juice machine not working, no 2% milk after the first day there.

  : Well we chose this hotel because the in door pool for my daughters to have something to do and us but there was a birthday party going on when it says no party's and we couldn't go in pool area then people from party were saying mean comments the kids were giving dirty looks sticking tongue out at my wife they ran up and down hallway all night loud music woke us up all night then they had chips and food smashed and all up and down hallway we didn't pay more for this hotel to deal with guest that was out of control we said some at front desk and the front desk guy could care less so treat us that follow rules like that and let the pool party guest with anywhere from 10 to 20 people in the rooms better
