  : The staff and workers were friendly. Was able to get a new key card made after hours with no problems.
  : The hallway smalled bad. Woke up with yelling in the hallway. Was a ruff week.

  : When I got to my room it appeared clean but there was a smell. There were dead baby roaches in the refrigerator and I killed several roaches. I called the front desk to report the problem on Monday spoke to asst mgr who said she will inform manager I never heard anything back I went to report again on Tuesday she said the mgr was interviewing and she will let him know. I sent a complaint to corporate and still havent heard back. Someone called the hotel asking for my room number and the did confirm I was at the hotel( I didnt like that). On Thur is when the manager came in to treat the room for roaches.

  : Not a thing. Never got to check-in as either double booked or management refused to check-in later than normal.
  : The attitudes of the staff. Both locations we attempted to stay at were very poor services and their management should be fired for such lousy customer service!
