  : The staff worked prodigiously to process my payment through Booking.com, despite our late arrival well after dark. They even offered us a comp for our long wait at the front desk. The furniture and appliances were clean and in good working order.
  : The upstairs room was quite loud, with constant footfalls overhead; noise from the hallway and the ensuite bathroom was muted. We were given one completely worn out keycard, which was annoying, since we were traveling with dogs. One of us had to stay in the room, or we had to all leave at once with only one keycard.
