  : The bedroom closet was clogged with stuff, you could not put much in it. The outside look of the building was a bit of a throw-off.

  : It was a very nice condo, and everything was nearby.
  : Had trouble finding the place, due to, no name or address on the condo! We had to call, to get confirmation, due to, we were right there, but not sure if it was the place, there was no name on the building or address! We asked a roofer, working on the building and he confirmed the address. Also, we could not use the sink in the bathroom, due to the water pressure was so low! The lights on the front and back door did not work. Tv in bedroom did not work, and freezer door does not close properly. We heard loud voices in the wee hours of the morning. Other, than that, it was great, and Cooter (dog) loved it too!

  : The condo was clean and the air conditioning was awesome. Sleeping was comfortable. Customer service was easy to reach and pleasant to talk with. The kitchen was clean. Plenty of utensils. But no place to put food. Check out was easy. The bed linens were clean with plenty of pillows.
  : The pots and pans were in bad shape. The chairs outside the condo were extremely uncomfortable to sit on because they were just wood with no padding. There were no towels in the kitchen. The bathroom only had one face cloth. The keyless entry was a hassle to use. You couldn't walk to the beach, it was too far. When we did get to White Cap Beach, we couldn't get on it without a parking permit. Hunting for a free beach is not fun for people who are not from the area.

  : Compass #21 had a cozy beachy feel inside with all of the decor and seemed very spacious for a one bedroom condo.The Vacasa team had great communication via text, email and phone prior to and during our stay in Corpus Christi Beach area. Despite our huge inconvenience experience, they were very nice and did take care of us and made it right.
  : First off, the photos of this condo on Booking.com were completely different from the actual condo Compass #21. The photos were of a brand new remodeled completely updated condo with brand new everything however the condo was actually very old everything with a dirty old broken leather sofa and side chair. We sat on our blanket so we didn't have to touch the sofa surface. The ceiling fan was above the table and only had 1 slow speed. The floor fan was dirty and barely worked. The linens in the old drawers had a nasty old odor.The Condo building was very old, dated, and had zero atmosphere in much need of repairs. The A/C was not on when we arrived and it was 87 degrees inside. The fridge was also barely on so it was not cold. We had to wait overnight for the fridge to get cold. The king size bed was wide but very short. It was also collapsing in the middle. The bed itself was fairly comfortable in general.The biggest issue was the A/C. It worked great for our 1st night but quit the next morning. We were offered to relocate but the only option was a basic condo over 10 miles away so we had to find a hotel for the remainder of our vacation in the Corpus Christi Beach area.
