  : The condo was old, unkept, and wasnt worth what I paid...1)The smell was awful2)I purchased the beach view to enjoy the moonlight but the termites crawling around the door deterred that3)The sofa was loaded with stains (uhhh!!!)4)The commode was weak(I had to use plunger)5) The shower area has a drain from up stairs coming through the ceiling 6) The repair ceiling patch work in the bathroom is unprofessional and a eye sore7) The bedroom wall repair work is unprofessional, another eye sore..Ive used this location as a weekend getaway before and was quite impressed with my last visit, therefore for this visit I expected so much more...On a scale of 1-5 this stay was a 1....To the property owners I suggest that they just sell the unit to someone who wont mind investing $7-10,000 into it, in an effort to make it more appealing and comfortable...

  : Nice cozy clean apartment, with great balcony ocean view. Just like the picture. Easy and close access to the beach. Loved it here.
  : Maintenance crew was friendly, aproachable, and professional, but front desk attendance not so much. They were proud of and bragadoucious of their tech skills, but lacked in people skills. Called my husband and I old a couple of times in a 15 min. brief conversation. We are in our early 40s with kids. Even if we were elderly still wouldn't be apropriate.
