  : Very hot and stuffy. Air con extremely loud. Broken tv. Thin, small pillows

  : Friendly hotel staff. Better than expected breakfast spread.
  : Hotel is at the same location as another motel - a bit confusing. Area near entrance into hotel rooms is also the smoking area - as a non-smoker, I didn't appreciate that setup.

  : Very Good breakfast and the guy managing the breakfast area kept it well stocked Room was clean and good hot water pressure Stayed dorm 2 nights and would return agaib
  : We were in room 315 for two nights. First night several women and kids were in the hallway talking and playing until 11pm. Second night some guy was on his phone in the hallway with his phone on speaker so we heard both of them.

  : Breakfast was good and restaurants are in walking distance. Close to Mesa Verde National Park.
  : Our room was right by the ice machine - the very noisy ice machine. Got little sleep the first night. To give credit where due, we spoke to staff, and arranged to have it turned off from 10 pm to 6 am to allow sleep. (It was a busy time - eclipse - so no other room was available.) The security system for the building wasn't working either.
