  : The rooms we very clean, the bed clean and comfortable
  : On August 24, 2023 After checking in and trying to get in our room but our card did not open the room when we went back down stairs, the front desk told us the reason it didn't open is because we had to pay a deposit that would be returned to us in a couple of days and so we would wanted you to come back down stairs., That should of been handled when we checked in.The remote didn't work so from the third floor I went down stairs for help they said it probably needed to be reset so they came to our room to reset it then later about 11:30pm the remote stopped working again so I took it down stairs again and they changed the batteries, went back up stairs and it still didn't work, went back to the desk to ask for help and the manager called someone for help on what to do and they wanted us to switch rooms ,, after a bath and already in bed they wanted us to change rooms, we didn't but the did switch remotes, they should of done that at the beginning. In the morning we were ready for a good breakfast there were No eggs at all No milk or cereal No wafflesNo baconNo taco foodThe juice machine was brokenAll they had was biscuits and gravyYogurtSmall Cinnamon swirlsCoffee .After getting attitude from the tall young lady at front desk and all of what we had to go through we WON'T be going back..

  : Was over charged for my room charged 4 times pluse 26.00 on top of that . Was put in a room that was not cleaned ughh the worse experience in my life with my grandkids and cousins we were there for a family passing away.

  : Breakfast wasnt really available said the truck didnt come in. They called me one he before checking in to tell me the room I wanted wasnt available anymore. Last but not less I was over charged had to do many calls and e-mails to fix the issue.

  : Did not let me stay even tho I had confirmation Said I had the wrong dates but it was all correct on my end had to sleep in my vehicle I got reimbursed the next day but I had all my confirmation emails with correct dates :(
