  : I like the location and the house size, but beside that I dont think this house should be put on Booking.com for rent as the house is not clean at all and the house is full of mosquitos and many cockroaches, for example we could not cook at all in the house since there was a dad coackroach on the kitchen silverware drawer, so all the food that we brought to the house we had to take it back with us, we did eat sandwiches as we were able to place ham and cheese on the refrigerator.
  : I suposed to obtain a front door code on the day of starting the rent around 4Pm so I enter the house and instead the code never came in, so I went to the house and I was told by a neighbor that the owner lives in a house located in the back of the rental house, so I went to talk to the host/owner and he told me that he can't let me in due that booking.com has not pay him, I went ahead and I showed him my booking.com account in which showed that I had paid in full for the 3 days at Mango UP house and he kept saying that booking.com has not paid him so therefore in order to let me in he would have to charge my credit card and them I would have to get with booking.com to get credit for the first time that I was charged, I mentioned to him that it would not be right since I already paid. After a long back and forward he let us in the house. For a surprise to me the house was not cleaned event that there was a sign by the door that the house was previously cleaned by the required standards. The house was fulll of mosquitos, the house was lacking on a broom, dust pan, and mop. The kitchen microwave was dirty inside, the oven was filthy, the silverware tray had a dead cockroach and there was cockroach poop in many places on the kitchen. We did not want to use any of the cookware at all due to all dirty conditions of the kitchen, so we ended up dinning out lunch and dinner. There was not enough mattress sheets for the amount of people in the group, there was enough towel for everyone in the one bathroom in the house. The house is advertise to accommodate 14 peoples as there two futons sofas on the living-room that can accommodate two people each but if this sleeping sofas were to be use there is not AC for those people to use and instead will have to use a ceiling fan. The host entered the house while we went out to buy Off and mosquito kill spray.

  : No central air conditioning. Air conditioner in one room is damaged and not working. Cannot see through windows when they are closed. Far from town center if carrying luggage and kids (~20 min walk, stray dogs close to entrance).

  : I would like for the owner to reach out to us not the caretaker. I have so many pictures that I would love to share. To start on the front of the house there is a broken boat that takes a way the space for parking in front of the house. When we spoke to the caretaker he mentioned that the house had been completely clean. As soon as you go in you can notice the house is not clean at all. We found a few cockroaches in the kitchen and in the fridge. Fridge is completely rusted and dirty. Kitchen is in really bad condition. All rooms had outdated, old furniture in bad conditions. Spider web on the walls. The AC of one of the rooms has a really strong sound. Biggest concerning issue was the bathroom, dirty, water heater damaged, shower had slow drainage that can cause severe fungus. Safety and cleanness should be priority. We had a party of 14 people that we looked each on how could we go thru with the rental but there was no options. This rental property needs to be evaluated and ensure rental standards are met. Completely disappointed in our expectations.

  : The house was dirty, floors were dirty, smelled like urine, bathroom was dirty, appliances were dirty and rusty. The a/c was very loud in one room, the other room had an a/c so small that it would not cool the room properly. Shower and toilet were not clean, especially the shower. Futons were dirty, full of sand, and smelled like urine. The living room also didn’t have a tv. No soaps or shampoos were available, only used soaps that were used by other tenants, that were open, and left outside on top of the washing machines.

  : Beds very rough, limited parking space, interior decoration could be better
