  : Room had an air conditioner that made a banging sound when compressor shut off, woke us up consistently. Dated interiors, loose fixtures, etc

  : Breakfast had a reasonable variety of cold and hot food options and the staff was attentive.
  : Evening reception drinks and snacks were bad, only options were dry carrot pieces, dirty pieces of celery and broccoli with ranch dressing. Pineapple chunks, gold fish and cheese cubes, reception was from 5:30-6:30 pm most appetizers were gone before 6 pm and not replenished. When we arrived we discovered a parking fee of $20 for regular and disabled guests in an unsecured without a gate dark hotel lot. Hotels in the United States are generally required to provide accessible parking spaces for individuals with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These parking spaces must be provided at no additional cost to guests who require them. Under the ADA, hotels must provide a certain number of accessible parking spaces based on the total number of parking spaces. The carpet and room were outdated, rusty door hinges, old furniture and you can see where the ceiling in the shower had been plastered badly. Dark tones that seem to be from the 90s. Decor and furnishings showed use, not very comfortable or appealing. The pool was mostly 3 feet tall more for kids than adults, didn’t look well kept or welcoming. Hot tub was closed due to repairs. The front desk staff was great, only positive thing about stay, provided extra pillows and towels very efficiently. Housekeeping was knocks at 9 am when checkout is at 11 am not very pleasant at all. Overall, expected more from Embassy Suites especially for the price.

  : Storms came through no power & walking 8 flights of stairs was hard on a 70 year old woman. No power for over 24 hrs didn’t offer a partial refund on our stay. Always loved Embassy but not sure will stay again. Paid for almost 24 hrs of no power
