Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests will receive a rental agreement through email after booking. If no email is received, guests must call the property prior to check in. This agreement must be signed and returned to the property.

Please contact property prior to arrival if bringing a pet. There is a refundable USD 200.00 fee that will be due with final payment.
