  : I did not like finding out my room was not paid for even though I booked like 8 months out . So I thought I had paid booking and they took care of everything else ! But no that wasnt the case . So I got upset and left . Next time Ill book straight through NRS

  : we loved the location and the peacefulness.
  : It wasnt clean when we got there. There was hairs in tub and beside the toilets along with hairties. we couldnt find the lake.

  : we booked a cabin and received confirmation for cabin #3 and everything then when we arrived to check into the cabin someone was in it?!?! When we called them they did not have any rooms left and we were stuck with no where to stay for the night!!!!!! This was very upsetting to say the least especially pulling up to our cabin and someone else's car was sitting there and they couldn't accommodate us - we traveled 2 hours from home to stay there while Roping and had booked well in advance. Still frustrated about the whole situation.
