  : The staff was nice and helpful, we love the view and the style of the building and the environment.It was amazing that you get to use the pools 24 hrs and can have breakfast with mountains views.
  : We were hoping to find pools with natural mineral spring water that we could enjoy the nourishing feels on the skin. However, it was disappointing that the smell of chlorine was pretty strong during our stay, and our skin became super dry after soaking on the pool water...

  : Very charming atmosphere. I loved the courtyards and the sound of running fountain water that was very relaxing. The views of Mount Jacinto were beautiful. The breakfast was yummy. Everyone was very friendly who stayed there. The bed was very comfortable. The bed linens and robe were very comfortable too.
  : The sauna wood is very rough and worn and could cause splinters or an accident easily. Some of the lounge chairs are broken. One evening not all of the hall lights were left on making it difficult to see. Our toilet was broken when we checked in because someone next door had put something down the toilet but they fixed it the next day.
