  : The night clerk was friendly
  : The TV didn’t work in our room. There were dirty clothes in the closet. We went down for breakfast and it was very disappointing. We stayed on a Monday night and they said it was because they were waiting on their food order.

  : Location was convenient. Room was spacious with plenty of amenities.
  : The chlorine was so strong in the Swimming area it would burn your eyes when you walked in the room. This is before the Ben getting in the water. Our first night there, the evening front desk person was absolutely rude to everyone who walked up to the counter.

  : I guess the one good thing I could say was we didn't get bed bugs.
  : I am not picky but...Upon entering the room, there was a used coffee pod in the table but no coffee, creamer or sweetener and only one coffee cup. Only one glass in the bathroom. The beds creaked with every slight movement. Every time the heater cycles off it would whine waking us up. The lighting in the bathroom went out in the morning and I was not able to shower.When I reported it I was told it was in the maintenance schedule. I was told I should have reported it the night before. We did not get to our room until after 10 pm and the lights worked at that time. I was polite but when I tried to report other issues the desk clerk walked away.

  : The staff were great.
  : The bed linen had lipstick (?) stains on it. The kitchen sink had caked on food. The bathroom sink had shaven hair in it. The bathroom sink was also broken and puddling on the floor. The towels were thin and in tatters. Generally not a clean place.

  : Location was good.
  : Staff seemed bothered to be there. Breakfast was terrible, no one on our entire team ate there. Eggs were icky and everything else was dried out. It was not very clean. We didn't have toilet paper, only 1 cup, and 1 towel. Missing chaors and light bulbs. For as expensive as it was compared to others definitely didn't feel like an upgrade.
