: The staff was wonderful. Every person we encountered was friendly and seemed like they had a good group effort for the task they were performing.
: My one and only compliant is that somehow I was able to hear snoring from another room while trying to sleep.

: I like that we were close to the beach. The pool was a pretty good size so you were not really crowded. Staff members were attentive and nice.
: We did not have electricity Friday night all the way till Sunday afternoon and my checkout date was Monday morning at 10 AM. we had to sleep with a slide door open and we were attacked by mosquitoes. The rooms were unbearable. There was no air circulation and it was hot and humid. We had to wait in line to charge our cell phones every morning because the front office was the only location that had electricity. The food that we bought at the local supermarket went to waste because we did not have electricity to put our food in the refrigerator. The front desk lady mentioned that we were going to get a discount for the inconvenience and yet I have not seen any refund being issued.
