  : The villa is very nice and fully equipped with so many things - beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys, games etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped incl. many spices, condiments etc. The pool in the gated area is close by and very nice. Beach and beach bars is really within a walking distance (5-10min) and is very pleasant and suited for kids.
  : Some of the furniture is a bit old, but otherwise the value for money is excellent.

  : In 2nd day they told us the washing machine and dryer are broken and can't be used!!! The bathrooms, kitchen, were inconvenient. We paid for whole house but they only gave us only 1 room upstairs with 30 stairs.

  : I loved the big, beautiful pool which I swam in every day even when it was raining! I loved being right across the road from the ocean. We could see it from our bedroom windows. Joe is a very friendly, helpful host. His place is very comfortable and clean. I loved hearing his stories of many happy days at his place when he was growing up. I would definitely like to return some day.
  : A few suggestions would be to include top sheets on the beds and to provide more than one key so that two or more people can come and go doing different activities.

  : accommodations were poor, a couple of leaks, living room furniture uncomfortable, old worn out needs replacing, everything is supplied but old, worn out, no washing machine.

  : The location was nice, there is a beach within walking distance of the property. The property manager sent us local tips about restaurant's and tours in the area. They also were quick to respond via text/whatsapp or call if we had any questions.
  : The check out process's was a little complex and involved running back and forth to secure the keys in a lock box and a remote for the gate access in the house and then having another person come hold a gate for you so you don't get locked inside the gated community. The property also advertised having a washer and dryer onsite, and is shown in the pictures for the Vila, but it was not available for guest use. The property manager informed us later that the washer and dryer was broken and they planned on removing it from the Vila and removing the service from there Vila but had not gotten to that step yet.
