  : Such a lovely and idyllic location for a last-minute getaway! My husband and I needed the peace and quiet that The Buck School Inn offered. The room was spacious and clean and the artwork around the Inn was beautiful. Finally, the work that the owner did on the place was inspiring. Check out his book, and look at the details like the hammered copper counters or the warm hardwood floors. We absolutely could've stayed for a few more days, just to relax and inhale the peaceful ambiance.

  : The bed was quite comfortable and everything was very clean! The outdoor atmosphere is very peaceful. Parking is easy.
  : It would be nice if the kitchen was re-opened as there is a sign saying it is closed due to covid. Being advertised as a bed-and-breakfast, although adequate, a little more to it could be appreciated.

  : We loved the homey quaint solitude location. We found it relaxing and convenient to all the sightseeing locations we wanted to visit on our trip.
  : The host was cordial upon arrival. We exchanged cell#'s and we saw him a couple times but was MIA all weekend. I don't need to be babysat but found it odd that he was not present or check in with us.

  : Location was beautiful. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was decent. We could use the air conditioning without any issues.
  : The bedsheets were dirty and we had to call the owner to give us clean ones. When we took our first breakfast outside in the patio table we wee surprised to see that the glass table hadn't been cleaned and was full of dust.Also the tablecloth on the room table was dirty too. The table was extremely small and we basically couldn't use it if we wanted to eat something there or just sit and write/read something. The owner never came in the 3 days that we were there to bring clean towels or bathroom paper. We never saw him. We felt as if we were alone in the inn. We also never understood why the kitchen was closed.

  : The location was perfect in that we were in the woods, yet a main road was nearby to access Downingtown and Lancaster. The atomosphere of the place was great in that it was old style, yet well maintained and modern, too. There is a wonderful outdoor area with yard furniture that we could use to dine outside.
  : The place is used as the residence of the owners and so the main areas of the house were off limits or so it seemed. The kitchen was closed to guests and instead we were supplied with food (e.g. granola, oj, yogurt) in the room, which was not set up to eat in.

  : Liked the location, quiet heard no traffic noise all night. Because of COVID, the kichen was closed so breakfast was a little dissapointing but breakfast items were provided in our room.
  : Very minor, there was a feltt shade on the door because the door had clear glass panels. The shade kept falling down because there was velcro on the door but the matching half was not on the felt.
