  : Horribly overpriced. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings in the room and leaving. This room should have been $40-45 tops.
  : A staff and owner that care and do quality control to make sure the guest experience is at least decent.

  : Bed was clean & good quality. Fridge & microwave & big TV in the room. Adjacent covered carport for the room.
  : Could have been a bit cleaner. There was something sticky on the night stand. And the dresser had one drawer that was stuck. A few more small details would have been helpful, such as kleenex in the room, an extra bar of soap for the shower as well as for the sink, tea bags for the coffee maker, a channel guide for the TV, as well as pen & paper. The general maintenance was adequate but a bit under maintained.

  : That it was fairly priced and conveniently located.
  : The area was extremely shady, the room was small and smelly, the A/C unit doesnt provide a setting to continuously run, the floor creaks, the bathroom, especially the bathtub, was filthy, and I was subject to waking up to prostitutes having sex in the room next to me throughout the night.
