  : The location
  : We booked 3 rooms. While booking indicated 2 adults 2 kids per room. Four people per room and they provided with 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny conditioner and a lotion. I asked them to bring more, they never showed up. Then I went downstairs to ask, did not get it there and he never sent it even though I asked. The pool was extremely dirty, EXTREMELY! No towels in the pool area.

  : The location was convenient for our stay. Cleaning staff did excellent job.
  : I found several things with the staff and the management of hotel. They were totally inconvenient for our stay. First, I called the front desk and just wanted to know if they had a bathmat for the tub And a make up mirror. They said no we don’t have any of that, but it was a very negative attitude. At on the first night, the kitchen couldn’t get our steaks right on second try , and the food wasn’t that good. As a convenience for us dinner that second time it was a little bit better.And why in the world do you close your only restaurant in that hotel on a Sunday?!!!!!!And you don’t even offer a continental breakfast. I give a shout out to our waiter and bartender!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  : The pool was cold; no towels — hot tub was broken and empty. The restaurant menu was no where to be found The air conditioning was not working in the room so it was hot as blazes — the bathroom was dirty and tiles broken. We had to call for sheets and blankets for sofa bed and it took almost an hour
