  : I loved the location of this hotel as it is very serene being on the water. Town is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Other points of interest are a short drive away. Everything was clean and our room was comfortable. We utilized the mini fridge (bring your own beverages), coffee maker (complimentary) and microwave in the room.Three of us shared a smaller room with a balcony. We had room to sit, chat and relax.Sitting out by the fire pit was a relaxing way to spend the evening. Bring your own firewood and bug spray.
  : There is a very narrow timeframe in which to reach housekeeping/front desk.I would not recommend staying here if you have younger children unless you are renting one of the cottages.

  : Location good. Room was clean. Linens and towels were clean and of high quality. Refrigerator worked and was quiet.room coffee maker was nice and operative.
  : Besides the punch key room the door the room had a sole glass door (patio door) for egress, light and ventilation. It was not safe to leave open at night for natural ventilation- i.e. there was no window in the room.A/C was powerful but a bit loud.Bathroom door needs to be trimmed. A little mold above the bath plastic wall.Fire doors in the common hallway were propped open and electrical outlets were being worked on but were not guarded.There was no entry light operative on the light switch at the room door. Confusing communications from facility via booking.com... I tried to reply on line to the vehicle and car plate info but it was in a no reply email and it was repeated in text. sent info by email to the email address imbedded in the message and then was asked their information again at check in.

  : We loved the tiny house we stayed in, with one bedroom and a small living room/kitchen. It faced the water and was very private. The whole surroundings were quiet.
  : There is no one in the office after 5pm. They called us to set up a plan to leave our keys and a map and it worked out fine, since we arrived 30 min later. But they should have someone on staff later than that. DO NOT ARRIVE AFTER DARK. There would have been no way we could have found our place. Also, the bed was rock hard-- it was so difficult to sleep with such a hard, uncomfortable mattress. And the bed (Queen) is too large for the little bedroom-- if I had been pregnant or heavy, there is no way I could have gotten around the bed on one side. Finally, it was listed as Boothbay, but it's a good 20 away, through winding roads to get there. Also, there is noise from the highway nearby, so it's not as peaceful when outside. Still, it was a nice place to stay.

  : Breakfast was very sparse, just coffee, muffins and some fruit so we just made coffee in the room. Views from the veranda were spectacular, especially at sunset. The facility is close to the beaches and the town of Damariscotta which has several good restaurants and some shopping.
  : Room service is on an as requested basis, no daily chambermaid services. Soundproofing could also have been better.

  : Location was beautiful and central.
  : They did no housekeeping whatsoever and attempted to frame it as a luxury. You had to call them just to get the trash taken out and what they actually did was just leave an empty bag outside of the room and made no indication of where the dumpster was. The bathroom was dirty and vaguely smelled of urine.
