  : Well, to begin with, you said in the confirmation letter that I had a 2 bedroom villa with 2 pull out sofas. We actually had a 2 bedroom villa with 1 pull out sofa. We called the front desk, and they said that booking.com sent the reservations as to what we were given. I guess I thought I was getting what I reserved and paid for. Guess not
  : The way I had a confirmation from Booking.com.com as to what I paid for. It was not what I got.

  : The pull out sofa in the villa was not in good shape and needs to be replaced. The mattress and frame for the bed are sagging and very uncomfortable.

  : It was a spacious enough for my entire family
  : I arrived late with a hungry family. I received my key at the check in desk without hassle, however upon entering the property I was locked out of part A of the property. This part included the living room, dining room and kitchen area... Which was very inconvenient cause as stated I had a hungry family of 6 with me. We didn't get into this part of the property until a little after 2 am cause the electronic door was dead, which meant it took a little over 2 hours. Also one room had bed bugs. I didn't realize it the 1st night since we arrived late. However night 2 I kept feeling like something was biting me and itching. Which kept me up

  : Location was nice and close to the key attractions.
  : The rooms were dated and needed repair and updating. Requested a move immediately and was moved to a better, recently refurbished room. Unfortunately, the new rooms had two full bathrooms but only one shower. Had to take a tub bath every night in the first floor master. It was not easy and it wasted a lot of water.

  : Unit needs updating. More outside lighting on stairs. Check in staff gave us wrong directions to our unit. Went for a presentation and sales persons were very rude when we turned down offer to buy.

  : Great location. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning and heating. Clean rooms.
  : Furniture needs updated but still in good condition. Electronics are outdated, 2023 and no usb ports, tvs are not connected to the internet and there are no streaming capabilities.

  : It was awesome having the whirlpool tub. It was clean.
  : I didnt like that they had the coffee maker but no coffee or filters. It didnt take standard filters either so we just couldnt use it. Also, there was only one tv remote so I had to carry the remote up and down the stairs which I usually forgot so had to run back up or down and grab it.
