  : The staff was awesome when helping with checking in and checking out. They were very patient with me with my disability (hard of hearing) mixed with English being my second language.{They don't have prior knowledge of this so I'm even more grateful for their patience}.The location is satisfying to be near many food options especially since there wasn't any breakfast available.Love the mini fridge and the microwave. Super clean on the inside for both and functional. AC was functional as well.Wifi connection was smooth and easy.Was kinda expecting to hear police sirens on a constant (living in NYC that became the norm), but it was a pretty serene night.The parking lot wasn't full and it was right in front of the main entrance so it was semi easy to get out of the heavy rain. Felt safe that there's security cameras and the monitor is displayed in view behind the check in/out counter. Other than minor issues and in the process of renovations, it was a satisfying stay.
  : The bedding needs to be washed more thoroughly 'cuz I found some unknown stains. It was dark brownish red. There's great allergen free fragrance free laundry detergents that I can recommend. Recommendation: "Sudstainables laundry detergent sheets" it is very concentrated in cleaning everything thoroughly from my own personal experience and it's super cheap compared to other brands on amazon.Should update that they currently don't serve breakfast, there was hot water, coffee and juice though but the machines also have confusing signs. There's no area in the bathroom to place the change of clothes when you're rooming with family members. The first room's bathroom lock and door doesn't open as smoothly and was trapped for a few minutes before being able to open it, needed to use a lot of force in able to open. One of the light switches didn't work for one of the rooms when first walked in.The second room I have booked, the light bulb went out in the bathroom while getting ready to check out.The beds were lumpy and the pillows were small. The keys are easy to use but after 8:30 AM, they stopped working, glad to know the young adults didn't want to leave the room to purchase breakfast and were able to open the door for parents.Walls are pretty thin but I doubt we disturbed anyone with the loud snores (hopefully not).Other than minor issues, it was a satisfying stay out of the heavy rain.

  : The staff was amazing two of the rooms we got we had ti be moved due to the heat not working but that wasn't the staffs fault amd she was very nice
  : The price was ridiculous you can get a room somewhere else for the same pricee that is way more updated and the rooms are way nicer
