  : The staff was excellent. Sheena in particular, on evening shift. I had an issue with the "mechanized curtain, it was broken, I told her she came up immediately. Sheena was very kind and thoughtful. She was a very busy girl that evening.
  : I was in room #512, a "handicapped room" I'm not handicapped or disabled. The mechanized curtain was broken ripped thus no natural light came in the room, it was very dark. I suspect by the condition of the curtain it had been like that awhile. I had NO hot water, and minimal water pressure, so washing my hair was unpleasant, the container for the conditioner was also empty......there was old food in the refrigerator from a previous customer. I reported this to staff when I checked out, she was also very kind, and helpful. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns, I recently wrote a wonderful review of your hotel in Odessa. But unfortunately this site, fell short....last question, I'm a nurse of 50 years, this is not a handicapped room, the bathroom totally lacks those requirements.....

  : Room was clean, breakfast was very decent.
  : Bed was a little too stiff, and not comfortable, parking was extremely hard especially at night. I guess by it being in-between two hotels. You get what you can.
