  : The view was amazing, we had view of the bay, the second room had balcony facing the courtyard. Location is great if you want to near Presque Isle, Bayfront, Waldameer & Water World, easy commute to the mall.
  : Very little personal touches, for example our TV displayed another guest's name and on day 3 updated to yet another guest name. Neither were us. It's tiny detail but at this price point, it was disappointing - 2 rooms, 5 nights, over $4K. Keep in mind the taxes come out to about $40 something a night, and you pay $15 a night to park your car. Besides the cost to stay, breakfast for 3 is easily over $50. Also, that breakfast requires you to stand in line and order like you're in fast food restaurant. Another example is service in the bar area, the one night, I was standing there waiting for service and after watching the bartender pass by several times, 10 minutes pass. Finally, the bartender points to me and says, "the line is on the other side of the bar." This was our third stay with this hotel, and this was never a thing and was only a thing that 1 night. I found it rude considering how much we are spending and loyalty to holiday there regularly. No signs indicated a specific area to order to take outside - just wait and then be pointed to a long line.

  : Convenient to most places.
  : Food prices at the hotel was expensive. They claimed to have adult swim from 10pm until 11pm, there were young children in the pool at that time. We told the staff and they said they would take care of it but the next night the same thing happened. There is clearly not enough staff to control the hotel.

  : Views were fantastic from the rooms and the pool areas.
  : Pool towels were always out. I had to pay $15 per day extra to park and no complimentary breakfast added additional expenses to our trip.

  : I did like how nice and clean the hotel was
  : I felt very unwanted by guests as they made a number of racist remarks and stated as us with disgust as if we were not welcomed! Also I had issues with charges that have now put me in debt!
