  : The room was very nice , spacious, clean (except for a few things), the grounds of the hotel were very pretty, they were decorated for Christmas they had a little “nature walk” and it was fun for the family to walk around and look at everything on the hotel property. The staff that we talked to were friendly enough. And I loved how the room had a walk out patio/balcony.
  : The one thing that sketched me out was the parking lot and “extended guests” we got in very late around 1030/11 pm and the parking lot had 5 abandoned cars and a confused/altered man walking around with a gas can. Also our room door had no security lock m, so being a mother with my kids there I piled our luggage in front of the door and did not sleep. Second night I was less scarred. I don’t want to hate on the hotel because it was a good hotel. Just wish I would have known about a couple things beforehand. All in all not bad! Also never had a chance to check out breakfast, when we went in the morning around 8:30 right before we got into the breakfast area a lady walked out carrying like 10 breakfast bags, she cleaned them out and we got nothing.

  : there was a lot of noise on the second floor all night long. there was furniture dragging around and steps from people walking back and forth. the noise continue all night long . the noise wake us up several times . Also I requested two blankets which never arrived to the room.

  : Beautiful grounds and scenery, great balcony in the room, very private space.
  : I had to wait over 3 weeks while calling more than 4 times before receiving a refund for my $200 security deposit, which I wasn't even aware I had to pay until I checked-in. Also, staff doesn't answer the phone always, and when they do they just say hello, rather than the hotel name.
