  : The shadiness of $150 cash deposit!! Which was more than the room!!! Need to put this up front in booking!! I would NOT have reserved a room and your Front Desk lady was very RUDE!! She was unfriendly & I will never go back!! I am not local & shouldn’t be considered as so. Lost a customer

  : Not on the safest side of town but the location matched the payment requested.
  : This location was trying to run my card for our stay way before we ever checked into the room. I was traveling from out of state and on the road when the front desk called and said the card I saved our room on, wouldn't allow the transaction (I keep this card locked in case of fraud) and marked I would pay at the location in person when I booked the room. I told him we were en route and would pay upon arrival. About 20 minutes later he called again that they would release my room because I didn't pay right then while I was still pulling into town. After the threats, I offered him a card to pay with to secure my room and asked for the Manager to call me. This location is on the dirtier side of the town, South Side, and not the greatest .. they said the hotel was completely booked and they needed to give my room to someone else because this small town was overflowing with visitors, yet the parking lot was empty when we pulled in. We have pulled into hotels at 2 or 3 in the morning when traveling everywhere else and they kept our reservation and would run my card if needed if I didn't show, this is ridiculous to call demanding payment before we even arrived, it wasn't even 5 pm yet! At check-in he said the manager would call me because I was upset about my booking and it was extremely rude of them, I wasn't a local and they were willing to give up my hotel for their unnecessary worry. Of course, the manager never called to speak with me. It's an old hotel redone with some new paint, nothing fancy or worth all the commotion they wanted to stir. Their breakfast was pretty basic, but at this point, I didn't expect very much from them.

  : No window screens. We had a blackout for over 2 hours due to thunderstorms. I was puzzled how a hotel would not have a generator.
