  : Small but complimentary continental breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good lighting in the bathroom. Despite some cleanliness issues, e.g. stains on bedding, the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Cleanliness of the room, e.g. stains on duvet, dirty exterior windows, dusty. Also the bathroom clearly once had a glass divider which was removed. In place of this, a shower curtain, and they caulked holes where the glass divider had been, but dirt had gotten in the caulk and there was some chipping of the shower base. Customer service was severely lacking. We did not receive a welcome of thanks upon checking into the hotel. In addition, we had asked for a travel cot or pack and play for our baby. Before our arrival, I received a message that simply said they had a pack and play. But when checking in, I wasn't asked if I needed one, and one was not placed in our room just in case. Luckily, we decided to bring our own.
