  : Cute condo with all the amenities you need for a family of four. Plenty of hot water for showers and a washer and dryer in the condo was helpful and convenient. A bonus that seems simple but was so helpful: there are carts under the parking structure that you can load your groceries into to take up in the elevator, saves a multiple trips to the car! Cant beat the sunrise and sunset from the balcony, and the easy access to and from the beach. We loved it!
  : I will agree with a previous poster that the sliding glass door needs to be repaired or replaced, it is so hard to maneuver, but we made it work!

  : It was a quiet location with great access to the beach.
  : I never received a welcome letter or any type of contact from the property manager. She was MIA our entire stay. There was no internet password or directions for using the TV in the living room. There was one washcloth in the main bathroom and none in the master. The shower head was coming off the wall in the master bath and there were dead insects and dust on the sink. The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. There was a ripe tomato in a kitchen drawer. Many of the dishes on the shelf were dirty and chipped. There was dirty knives in the block and dirty silverware in the drawer. I texted, e-mailed and called the property manager regarding several issues. After I contacted Evolve, she replied to my text and e-mail with the internet password. I left a note with my concerns and sent an e-mail with no follow up. The screen door was leaning against the balcony wall. We had to move beach chairs and floats to use the outside table and chairs. for the price, I won't return to this property.
