  : The elevator situation is ridiculous. One was down during our stay but even with all 4 running it takes at least 10-15 minutes to actually be able to get on one

  : Everything; the room, the restaurants, the water parks, the climbing adventure building was very clean. Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
  : The term “suite” is loosely applied! Figuring out what’s included in upgrades was challenging, and about 1/4 of our were wasted. After leaving the property, over $1k in bogus charges were applied to my bill, and withdrawn from my checking account. They all did get reversed, but it was a bit shocking.

  : The false information givin by wolfe pack employees. The constant problems that occur the wait time for the elevator. 30 min to get in the small elevator old dirty the ride with the Drop was filthy glass it broke down I can go on. Hopefully I can add photoes of the not so clean nasty water drop slide when my daughter sends it
