  : The location near the Okefenokee Swamp and downtown Folkston. It seems to be the only hotel in town that is functioning right now. The A/C worked well and was quiet. The rest was awful.
  : The first room offered to us smelled like a wet dog had died there. The second room seemed to smell less, but the bathroom smelled like sewage, probably because the toilet was not well attached to the floor. Everything was shabby, a cracked/taped cover for the toilet water tank, sloppy paint job, horribly stained box spring, bouncy old mattresses, stained pillows inside the covers, old blanket etc. etc. You did not want to touch anything or sleep there. Too bad, since some of this could be fixed with a little attention to detail. First thing would be to pull out the thick old rugs...

  : The only good thing was how close it was located to where we wanted to be.
  : There was no breakfast included, the rooms were OLD and musty. There were roaches in the room, I had to go buy roach spray and bait for the room. The room was way outdated. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Also the pool was empty. The photos online are not what this place looks like. Even the local people were surprised this place was still in business

  : There was no mention of breakfast and considering it was a motel, not hotel, we didnt expect breakfast. Room included fridge, micro, big screen tv, coffee maker, small table with two chairs and hair dryer. It was outdated, but considering it was a 1950s +- motel, it met our needs for the night. Since it was out of the city, it was quiet for sleeping.
  : They need to pull out the old, musty carpeting and replace with laminate flooring or new carpet.

  : Driving away from the place
  : I felt like I was inside the movie bates motel everything was musty smelt like mold almost couldn't get in the room and go to get new key card and last disappeared for 20 mins beeped horn and rang bell.. get inside finally. The microwave from the 1300's broken chair that almost broke my back sitting down and don't get me started on the bathroom. The price they charged Def wasn't worth the room. I didn't check but wouldnt b shocked if they didn't have bed bugs or roaches so much more and I have pics. The ones on here should b updated like all the rooms...... faucet to tub had holes in it and tried to shower no hot water didn't get warm enough to even give a baby a bath. Wish I could share video.. and water ran brown for over half hrs. If there was another hotel close by I Def would of left and got refund. DONT STAY HERE...... UPGRADE. especially with what ur charging. With mold smell on pillows and blankets place should get shut down and legally cleaned. That messes with people's health especially People with asthma Or breathing problems Period!!!! Pic of water running was after the 20 mins..the chair broken Only newish thing in room was tv oh and forgot to mention you can't even use outlets only 1 side worked

  : location to the wedding we came to was convenient, very friendly front desk lady, I was so hesitant to stay because of rating but was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, not perfect, but I think its because the furniture and fixtures are very dated. We inspected the room upon arrival for pests but saw none the whole time. We did have a non smoking room.
  : just needs updating and a face lift

  : Just a stop over carpet was junk had iron burn marks on it small German Roaches.
  : Made reservations through booking.com lady begged me to pay cash so she wouldn't have to pay credit card fees so didn't get points for my stay.
