  : The customer service from the front desk employee was horrendous. The Indian gentleman was the rudest employee. Lacks customer service.

  : Shuttle service did not run until 9pm as advertised so we had to take a cab from airport costing another $25 on top of already expensive hotel. Front desk not interested in making this right. Breakfast poor.

  : The staff switched me from a very disgusting room to a room that was still nasty just not as bad.
  : The rooms were disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.You can tell the rooms were not cleaned. Mine had cigarette ashes on food in it.

  : First of all, I had to pay an extra $30 to use the bathroom before I checked in. Then after I paid the $30 I was informed both restrooms were out of order. Then I go to my room and it’s hot. No AC has been running. It took a good eight hours to cool off the room. I brought my own fan to cool it down for myself and was charged another fee to bring the fan inside my room. Then I went down and sat by the pool while I was waiting for the room to cool off. Decided to go back upstairs and get another drink and check the air and my key would not work to get me out of the gate of the pool. I went to the front desk to voice my concern. That’s when I was told the pool was also out of service also. Then the next morning I came down to get the free breakfast and was also told that was out of service. So I gathered my things to check out and wanted just a little ice for the bottom of my cooler maybe a scoop full and was yelled at that I was not allowed to fill it I stated I only wanted a scoop and he said NO. The worst part of all of this is in the bathroom (which I had to pay an extra $30 for a room with a toilet), and above the bed on the ceiling were black spots. My assumption is mold due to looking under the sink and all the pipes were leaking. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I FEEL RIPPED OFF. AND IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT TIME AT ALL.
