  : I’ve never seen a hotel experience like this, all the staff is super rude, the front desk agent Emily was doing our checkin and she was rude and disrespectful (no eyes contact with us, no explanation about the facilities but she wanted our credit card more than everything, while she was speaking to us she has a smile like she was jocking on us, very uncomfortable). And the room, well … dirty obviously, I found multiple hair on my bed, floor dirty, closet broken and dirty,… Hopefully, it was only one night and they will never see me again. By the way, another unbelievable thing, the lady at the pool who gives the beach towel, she didn’t know about the opening and closure time of the pool and for having the towels, you have a deposit of 20dollars per person, you have one card per person as proof of payment. Anyway, Instead of asking me for the cards, she snapped her fingers as if I were a dog to give them to her. In 2024, this is my first time and the last that someone can treat any other person (guest or staff) like this! For the price which is enormous compared to the terrible experience, the general manager needs to contact me ASAP, he has my contact on his hospitality software.

  : Property pictures are deceiving. Rooms are very outdated and in horrible conditions. The ac had a horrible smell when turning it on. The lobby and front desk area were the only clean and updated areas on the property. Upon check in a few gusts were fighting in the lobby felt extremely unsafe staff did not resolve anything.
  : Horrible very dirty, smelly I have to state a motel in the area is 100 times better than this place. Stains everywhere mold around room. Bad elevators that needed replacing asap

  : I had to rent the cabana around the pool which is strange .. I’m staying in a hotel and have to rent cabana or umbrella for seat around the pool!

  : Nice beach, great area, hot spa and pool. Breakfast was very basic but the room was good value. Many tourist spots nearby

  : I upgraded to new suite , the manager was very helpful and everyone was friendly . Loved my room and beach elevator single mom with 2 kids it was easy.
  : Unpleasant convenience store man shop owner by the lobby over charged everything. Current construction was noisy but its not permanent
