  : The fact Wednesday morning before 6am there was drilling, hammering and the stapling somewhere outside my room. When checking out I told the young lady at the desk who said there was no construction work being done that maintenance didn’t come in until 10. I looked at her and said I’m well aware what those noises were. She said it was probably someone in another room … really don’t think she cared. I also gave her a list of issues in the room from holes in the wall, bugs that appeared to be roaches, bathroom has mold on the ceiling, bathtub had some type of diamonds on it that were dirty looking … it’s called soak the tub with hot water and bleach, no cold water in the sink. Pink stain on the carpet in the room. I’m sure there are things I’ve missed. No battery in smoke detector Ice machine didn’t work on the 1st floor the night or the next morning. A kind man who was mopping the floor Tuesday morning went to the restaurant and got me ice. All I got out of the young lady was we didn’t know about these problems. I’ve heard nothing back from management. I have multiple photos of the damage of the room. Also the amenities listed were all in the room, coffee pot/tea maker, pool wasn’t open, also desk chair in the room was broken too.

  : The pool was closed. The bottom floor flooded from a rain storm during our stay. The room temperature was well controlled but inside the building itself (office and hallways) were very hot.

  : The hotel room and common areas were dirty and not well maintained. Damage to the walls carpets in the common areas and room. The carpet and furniture and room were damaged. Bathroom was full of cockroaches and I was unable to take a shower. Tried to checkout of the room at 5am but no staff member was available. Other guests were also waiting to checkout. Had to leave facility and come back clerk refused to give me a refund because policy is that no refunds unless complaint is reported within one hour of checking in
