  : The location was good and easy access to the freeway.
  : The service was 1000% horrible. We checked in late around 9 am after a 8 hour drive and were met by the rudest lady at the front desk. Didn’t even bother giving any eye contact let alone say hello. We were traveling with our small dog, and knew there would be a $25/per night stay and a refundable $100 deposit. We stayed 2 nights. Upon check in, she charged us $75 and no deposit. The extra $25 were for a random “cleaning fee” she made up and had no where listed. When we pushed back about the charge and showed her the website she basically said the hotel could charge whatever they wanted and proceeded to walk outside to continue smoking with her buddies. The room was large- but dirty. Red stains all over the floor and not enough towels. I called down to request more and the same lady told us we needed to come down to the front desk to grab them. Again, didn’t even make eye contact. The morning we checked out there was a different gentleman at the front desk. When I asked about the bogus cleaning fee charge he acknowledge that it wasn’t a charge he ever heard about but that he couldn’t do anything about it. He gave me general managers card and told me to call at a later date. I hope they use that $25 to clean the disgusting carpet in room 314.

  : We enjoyed the breakfast-the coffee was good and there was a good variety of food. The facility seems fairly new so it is still in fairly good condition. It was exactly as advertised.

  : Very nice stayover out of the busy Dallas/Fort Worth area, excellent spot to head out of if you're leaving early in the morning. Very helpful and friendly staff, some food options nearby, clean rooms, very good value for money ratio.
  : Not a lot of things outside of the accommodation to do, but that's most likely not why you're here anyway.

  : Location. Ease of booking.
  : No hot tub at the pool. No coffee when I went to breakfast at 0800. I did ask an employee and she brought more. One coffee dispenser was not enough for the volume of customers.

  : There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property really there was just an awkward confrontation during breakfast on one of our stays between a worker and a girl staying there. overall, it was a really great experience there.
