: Very nice rooms, comfortable bed with the exception of the pillows.
: At 7 am someone opened our room door while we were asleep and woke us in fear. Had there not been a latch on there they would've got in. That was very unpleasant and should've never happened. Also the pillows are completely worn out. Could've been better.

: Parking cost extra ($5 + tax) which was a surprise for me I asked separately for a cot (which was nicely provided upon arrival) but I got after I checked out an extra message that said that they could not provide a cot and that only a couch was provided. Please make sure that you provide the correct information and on time, not after checking out!!!

: I've stayed here before and I love it because of the location, price and the amenities in the room. I also love the fireplace in the back.
: I saw a cockroach in my room and it ran out. I don't like being charged daily for parking at the hotel. And I wish you offered a military discount for Veterans.

: When my key card stopped working, I walked to the front desk to get it reactivated. The door was locked. Pressed the button and knocked for a solid 20 minutes. Call the front desk to no avail. Waited on hold with sonesta corporate for 30+ minutes only to be hung up on. (Meanwhile continued to knock and press the button) called corporate back AGAIN waited on hold for another 30 minutes FINALLY the guy came to open the door. Sure glad I paid for a room I couldnt access.
