  : Liked the kitchenette and washer/dryer.
  : The unit had a cigarette odor that permeated everything, including our clothes. Smoking in the room is prohibited but clearly either someone had been smoking outside the room with the door open or had not followed the rules.

  : Rooms are very clean, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the bathroom and plenty of dresser/closet space.
  : The walls between rooms are very thin, and the people next door were loud.

  : Great property. Very modern, clean and well designed. Best possible parking & probably 5 steps away from the unit(s).Loved the studio. Great value for the price. Has a fully functional kitchen, with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, oven, coffee machine, etc. They even provided plates, bowls, forks, pots/pans,knife, dish soap, etc. Has a AC unit, fan, lamps, ceiling lights, dining table, huge closet and numerous storage options. Soap, shampoo, conditioner. Good water pressure & heat. TV with cable. High speed wifi for free. Also had a recliner. Brand new place and exceptionally clean.
  : However, there were a few things that didn’t add any fun to the experience. 1) The bed is supposed to be full-size(I have a full-size bed at my house and this one seems way smaller than that, making it kinda difficult for two.2) Finally at bed time I realized how hard the mattress was because I couldn’t sleep at all. It took me multiple tries to fall asleep(which I did later). I have a memory foam mattress so I’m used to that, probably that’s the reason why I couldn’t fall asleep to this. 3) The pillow!!! I have a soft pillow at my house as well & I’m not used to hard pillows. This pillow isn’t soft at all & if that’s something that you aren’t used to as well, you might want to be prepared for that. 4) There’s a high quality wooden blind on the window which is great. However, there are numerous sensors/tiny led indicator lights on microwave & oven clock, smoke detectors, etc which didn’t allow for the room to be pitch dark and was an issue for me because I need my room to be pitch black. It isn’t super bright but not extremely dark as well. 5) There wasn’t any backup toilet paper in the bathroom. I know I could always ask for one. However, I wouldn’t want to dial a number in the middle of the night for a new toilet paper roll. These are all very minor issues, besides that everything is great. Great price and great value! Cleanest rental experience ever for me !!Would I return again? For the value, definitely again & again!! However I might just grab my own pillow next time. That’s it.

  : but area very disappointing... so will not be back! Industrial and poor entertainment options! beach okish
