  : The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected.
  : This property needs a major upgrade. The carpet is old and buckling. The pool is empty with broken umbrellas and chairs here and there. There are "out of order" signs on the drink machine and the ice machine. The walls are dirty and desperately need painting in the rooms. There are no towel rods or hooks in the bathroom.

  : Breakfast was really good and the gentleman who attends the eating area is very nice and attentive. He took the time to clen up the mess I made with the waffle maker. I offered to do so, but he wouldn't hear of it... I really appreciated his help.
  : I choose Comfort Inn for business travel because I find that your corporate brand is cleanliness, comfort and quality customer service. Yesterday, I noticed that a dog had left waste on the sidewalk and it was still there after a couple of days. I pointed it out to the front desk clerk (I think her name is Abbie, or something similar) and she was very rude in her response. I felt bad about mentioning that it should be cleaned up as I almost stepped in it, but she continued to be sarcastic.

  : Room 326. Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. A/C did not work on auto. Tv remote would not control the volume. Room did not have any towels, wash clothes or bath mate Office only had two towels on hand no wash clothes or bath mate.
