  : The distance to the beach was nice. The shade trees in the yard were nice but couldn’t be enjoyed because there were a million (not an exaggeration) flies swarming the entire property.
  : The air condition downstairs did not work at all. We could not enjoy family time or save money on meals by cooking at home because the heat was absolutely unbearable even at night. The bathroom door (among many others were installed incorrectly. The upstairs bathroom lock I fixed because I could not stand it opening even though it’s locked and it was due to the screws being installed OUTSIDE of the holes that are designed to hold the lock in place. You can actually see where they had overtightened it so much it dug into the door to try to stop it from spinning even though it did no good) would not lock. The other doors either would not lock, locked the wrong way or were just difficult to operate due to improper installation or poor maintenance. The gate was so difficult to open my wife had to call me while our 15 month old threw a fit because he was hungry to try and figure out how to open it. Even with the correct combination she could not get it open and I had to leave the beach to come open it for her. There were cockroaches (large) all over. Alive and dead. We found 5-6 dead ones under furniture mostly by accident when something fell and rolled under a nightstand or couch and we would accidentally grab a dried up cockroach which tells me the cleaning crew hasn’t cleaned properly in a long time. This is all I can remember off the top of my head. The photos on booking.com were extremely deceiving and made it seem like (and even says in one place) that there are three rooms when there are only two small rooms. Overall the home was only good to sleep in and certainly not worth double the house we stayed in last year that was way more up to date and had the same amount of beds and actually had air conditioning.

  : No central air only window units. And did not keep house that cold.Could not cook in kitchen was way to hot inside and out dog got over heated.And grill outside was not clean and working properly

  : Only window units in the house. It never gets cold, didnt feel comfortable sweating just sitting in living room. House was not clean, blankets smelled liked they were not washed. They charge a daily cleaning fee but doesnt look like it was even cleaned before we checked in. Roaches dead on the stairs.Dryer didnt workLocks were installed upside down so in beginning was a little tricky getting inside.Gate was locked so had to ask people renting the front house if they could move there car so we could get out of the drive way. Eventually they came and unlocked gate.Needs to be updated Over priced for what you get

  : Location was perfect.
  : Well first noticed that there were no wash clothes in the bathroom. Had to purchase my own for bathing. Floors downstairs had human and pet hair floating all around. Had to sweep at least 3-4 times every day. Noticed that kitchen sink was loose and not tightened properly to sink also no rubber stop to put in sink to wash dishes.I thought there should have been some sort of swiffer or wet mop to do the floors.6

  : Loved how quiet it was Love the distance to beach Absolutely loved the bedding and beds they were absolutely comfortable in facts I'm purchasing the bedding for myself at home ...I loved the cookware pioneer woman is my favorite. I WOULD LOVE TO RENT BOTH HOUSES NEXT VACATION...
  : Few downfalls...no mop and no washer or dryer I had to put all the dirty towles and beach towels in a pile in master bed room

  : The house was cute and clean.
  : After fees we paid #335.00 for 1 night. This is luxury pricing for the area. Only half of the beds had a comforter/warm blanket. We are a family of 3 and this house was very close to the rough part of the strip, with seedy characters hanging out in groups around the house, making us feel like we had to watch our stuff. People were fighting outside until early hours of the morning next door. If the total price had been closer to $150, we would have considered it to be a good deal.
