  : We loved the cleanliness of the place and how peaceful it was.
  : The trees were very tall, so we couldn’t really see much of a view. TV & internet were not working properly. Walls were too close to the pool table, couldn’t play very well.

  : The location was great. It was spacious and perfect for our family.
  : The incline and curve in the driveway was very steep. The house could use a “spring cleaning “. There were cobwebs behind doors and in corners. The deck could really use a cleaning. There was a lot of food in the cabinets left from the people before us.

  : The view, the beds, the cleanliness.
  : There was no salt, pepper, sugar, etc., the hot tub wouldn’t get past 92, and the sink broke (the water was only coming out of the sprayer).

  : Location was 8 mins away from downtown Gatlinburg
  : Everything. When arriving the unit was hot inside! The AC did not work. There was old food (noodles and veggies) in the sink. The towel rack was completely ripped out the wall on one end and broken. The shower curtains were moldy on the bottom. There were multiple broken wood pieces off various walls and closets. Lamp shades and blinds were broken. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom didn’t work. The hot tube on the outside deck came on but the jets did not work! The hot tub cover was also broken and did not cover the hot tub so the hot tub was DIRTY full of dirt & leaves. We couldn’t use it! The deck looked as if it was just painted however someone walked all over it and left foot prints and the painters didn’t even finish painting the upper level or the rails. The remote controller didn’t have a back and the sheets and comforters were dirty with stains and hair! The pool table only had 1 pool stick and we came to find the other was outside broken! There were ridiculously large spider webs EVERYWHERE inside the unit and outside! The deck is sunken in by the hot tub and we almost fell through a crack!

  : Beds comfortable. It was clean. Great water pressure, and city water. Hot tub took a while to warm up but was great once it did.
  : Pool table is in a spot that you hit wall, and afraid that you might break window with pool stick or of a ball if it was to go off table. The turn in to the driveway. No view trees have gotten tall.
