  : A mother bear and four cubs came by to visit. Earlier that day we went to Cades cove and only saw two turkeys.
  : There was no staff on the property and we stayed for three nights.

  : Honestly did not like much other than it was a clean safe place to stay.
  : We are an older couple and oddly were put down by the pool which often got noisy. To say the least that was exactly the opposite of what we had expected given the reviews. The walk to town was not easy for someone using a cane, in fact using the stairs to get to town sent you past a construction zone where there are no sidewalks and trying to get up and down by the road is a workout meant for a much younger couple than my wife and I. As well, though we did get an unexpected Jacuzzi (something we do not use as it wastes water) we did not have the balcony we expected from the listing. Overall for the price I think next time I will book elsewhere.

  : The units were unsatisfactory and previous reviews disclosed findings of bed bugs, uncomfortable beds and very dated decor. The management needs to evaluate each unit and demand the owners update and cleanup their units.
